A Cinematic Awakening at the Intuit Dome

For the 13th annual Upfront Summit, Awe-Full was tasked with more than just event graphics; we were asked to command one of the most technologically advanced sports and entertainment venues in the world. Working in close partnership with Upfront Ventures and RG Live, we designed and animated a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. From the massive, double-sided Halo Screen to every immersive digital surface throughout the facility, we transformed the architectural marvel into a high-energy canvas for over 1,000 of the world’s leading investors and visionaries.


A gathering of this scale—featuring a roster ranging from celebrity entrepreneurs to Prince Harry—demands a visual narrative that is as ambitious as its audience. The centerpiece of our work was the Opening Video for Day 1 and Day 2, designed to serve as a rhythmic, high-impact "awakening" for the summit. The creative direction centered on the conceptual spread of ideas and the awakening of Los Angeles, using motion to illustrate the building of something significant from the ground up. This wasn't just an introduction; it was a strategic immersion designed to set the pulse for the two-day event. Bringing a vision of this magnitude to life required a world-class collaborative effort in 3D animation and sound. We partnered with renowned artists Bret Walters and Simon Holmedal to push the technical boundaries of 3D motion design, ensuring that the complex environments and abstract concepts felt both grounded and awe-inspiring on the Halo Screen’s unique geometry. The experience was completed by a bespoke musical composition and sound design from Simon Damborg, creating a multi-sensory journey that captured the Telly Award judges' attention. The result is a shortlisted piece of content that proves when high-level artistry meets innovative digital space, the result is truly unforgettable.
